How to use the callback method

In a small number of countries, some network providers may block users from making outbound calls. The callback method is used to resolve this issue and allow customers to make the most of our service.

You will know if you’re unable to make standard outgoing calls when:

  • You receive an SMS stating that outgoing calls are blocked and 100 should be used.

  • When making an outgoing call, you receive an SMS from the network your eSIM is registered to which states that outgoing calls are not supported.

When making an international call, you can add one of these prefixes before the number you intend to dial to ensure your call connects.
