Can I transfer my eSIM to a new device?

Yes, as long as your new device is also eSIM-compatible. To transfer an eSIM, simply delete it from your old device. Next, open the BetterRoaming app on your new device, log in with your details and select ‘Reinstall your eSIM’. Find out more here.
